How to send credit vouchers
You have to have a customer account with rupa publishing. If you do not have a customer account, you can create an account via »Your account« in the link »Login or create a new account«.
In order to be able to send a credit voucher, please click on the link »Partner Program« in the left menu bar. In order to be able to send a credit voucher, you have to fill out the following: First and last name of the addressee. A valid E-mail address of the addressee. The desired amount. A short message to the addressee. Please check your data once more before sending. You are provided with the possibility of correcting your data anytime before sending.
Purchasing with the aid of credit vouchers
As soon as you are provided with a credit, you can use this toward paying for your order. You are provided with the opportunity of cashing in your credit during the ordering process. If the credit lies below the value of the goods, you have to select your preferred method of payment for the remaining amount. If your credit lies above the value of the goods, the remaining credit is, of course, provided for your next order.
Entering credit vouchers
If you have received a credit voucher via E-mail, you can enter the respective amount as follows:
1. Click onto the link provided within your E-mail. If you do not yet have a personal customer account, you are provided with the possibility of opening a new account.
2. After placing a product in the shopping cart, you can enter your credit voucher code there.
If any problems should arise
If, contrary to expectations, problems should arise with regard to the credit voucher, please contact us via E-mail: order@rupapublishing.com. Please describe the problem as precisely as possible. Important details are among other things: Your customer number, the credit voucher code, error messages from the system, as well as those from the browser used by you.
