METHODS OF PAYMENT
1. Prepayment
Simply transfer the total amount of the invoice to the following bank account:

Please don’t forget to specify your name and your order number on the transfer voucher! We will send the order out as soon as the money is on our account. Delivery is made through our german distribution GVA in Göttingen.
2. Invoice (GER, AT)
For delivery within Germany and Austria, you can pay by invoice. You will receive an invoice by e-Mail as PDF, within 10 days to pay. With payment on account examine we will evaluate your data information.
3. Credit card, EC and PayPal
If you have made the choice of payment methods »credit card« ord »EC«, you will be immediately redirected after confirmation of the order button on a secure SSL connection to Moneybookers. You can pay at Moneybookers without creating an account.
If you have made the choice of payment method »PayPal«, you will be immediately redirected after confirmation of the order button on a secure SSL connection to PayPal. On this page, you can choose between the following types of payment:
• Debit
• Transfer: You will receive all necessary data from PayPal to transfer our payment amount to your PayPal account. This is then automatically transferred to our PayPal account.
• Credit card: You will receive all necessary data from PayPal to transfer our payment amount to your PayPal account. This is then automatically transferred to our PayPal account.

Our offer is subject to confirmation. »rupa publishing« does not assume liability for the completeness, accuracy, and up-to-dateness of information, offers, or price marks concerning this matter.
Before you submit your order, you can check your data (name, address, method of payment, ordered articles) in Step 3 of your order »Confirm order«, and change them if necessary.
When you are through with the ordering process and have submitted your data, you make a binding offer to rupa publishing – Ploi Malakul Na Ayudhaya and Peter Nitsch Gdbr by clicking »Confirm order« in step 3 of the order.
The contracts to sell are accomplished with our acceptance of the order. The acceptance of the order can be effected orally, in written form, or by the actual shipment. On a national level, we usually ship out the goods we have in stock within 7-20 days. Should an item be out of stock, we will get back to you ASAP and tell you if or when the goods can be delivered. We reserve the right for partial shipment.
SALE ON RETURN
– 14-day money back guarantee
You can send articles you don’t like within 14 days back to us! We will return the money to your account, or you can pick a different article. We can only take back goods that are new and unused. Should there be a mistake on our side, please give us a call so we can agree on a date to retrieve the goods, or send the order back to us! Please return to the following address: rupa publishing, Albrechstraße 30, 80636 Munich, Germany. Please note: This process can take up to 20 days. We only make money transfers within the EU. Countrys which are not in the EU, will get Checks, costs will have to be paid by the customer!

All terms and conditions apply to all agreements, shipments and other services. We hereby explicitly disagree with any other arrangements made by the contractual partner. Any additional agreements underlie our written confirmation!
Data storage
According to§28 of the German Data Protection Act, we advise you that your data are electronically processed and stored in the process of the transaction. Personal data will of course be treated confidentially. The pictures of the items are exemplary and might vary from the ordered/actual item. All prices are in Euro and include sales tax. Shipping and packaging fees are added according to separate conditions of payment. All rights to make changes, e.g. price changes, are reserved. By ordering you accept the general terms and conditions of the rupa publishing Gdbr.
Jurisdiction
The place and court of jurisdiction is Munich. German law applies exclusively.
